Malachi 2:13

Moreover [secondly], you do this (evil): you cover the altar of the Lord (Yahweh) with your weeping and wailing because he no longer accepts your sacrifices or receives them with mercy (goodwill, conditional mercy – Hebr. ratson) from your hand.
