[The] sum now of the things being spoken of [is that] such we have, a high priest who sat down at [the] right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens,

Every for high priest, in order to offer gifts both, and sacrifices, is appointed; wherefore [it was] necessary to have something also [for] this One that He may offer.

now, however, more excellent He has obtained a ministry, as much as also of a better He is covenant [the] mediator, which upon better promises has been enacted.

Finding fault for with them, He says: Behold, [the] days are coming, says [the] Lord, and I will ratify with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, a covenant new,

I will make

[the] Lord,,

ἐπιγράψω
I will inscribe

For this [is] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel, after the days those, says [the] Lord, putting Laws of Me into the mind of them, and upon hearts of them I will inscribe them; and I will be to them for God, and they will be to Me for a people.

shall they teach

εἰδήσουσίν
will know
eidesoysin
And no not shall they teach each the comrade of him, and each the brother of him saying, do know the Lord,’ because all will know Me, from [the] least to [the] greatest of them,

ἀδικίαις
iniquities
adikiais
μνησθῶ
I may remember
mnestho
because merciful I will be toward the iniquities of them, and the sins of them no not I may remember more.
13 πεπαλαίωκεν
He has made obsolete
pepalaioken
παλαιούμενον
growing old
palaioymenon
ἀφανισμοῦ.¶

In saying, new, He has made obsolete the first; that then growing old and aging [is] near vanishing.
