Revelation 11:6

They have power to shut up the sky so that no rain falls during the days they prophesy [as Elijah did, see 1 Kings 17:1], and they have power to turn the waters into blood [as Moses did, see Ex.. 7:19] and to strike the earth with all kinds of plagues as often as they want.
