First Samuel 6:7

Now take a new cart and two cows that have recently calved and are nursing, and that have never been yoked. Hitch the cows to the cart and take their calves away from them. [If a cow and calf are separated, they will bellow to try to find each other; if the cows do not follow their instinct and instead deliver the ark to Israel, God's intervention will be confirmed.]
